How To Effectively Use The Law Of Attraction In Your Life - Part 2

It has been a week since Part 1 has been posted. Have you master Step 1 yet? Have you found the place in your mind where the calm and the peace reside? Remember in practicing this step, you should use the same place and time if possible. If you have difficulty in focusing on an object in mind, you can try to focus on your breathing instead.
Do not go on to Step 2 until you have successfully master meditation in Step 1. This forms an important foundation for Step 2.
Step 2
With your calm mind, the next step is to train your body and mind to relax. Physical relaxation of the body and mind to achieve even more complete calmness. Banish all thoughts from your mind and release all tension in all parts of the body. This is total relaxation of mind and body in preparation for the body to be free from tension, care, worry, fear, anxiety, stress and all the negative feelings/effects from your daily life. Make a determined mental effort to relax every muscle, every nerve, every cell in your body.
With your relaxed mind and body, your mind can achieve complete freedom to go into preparation for activating effective thoughts that will help in utilizing the law of attraction in your life.
