3 Ways to Find What Brings You Happiness

Before we even get started into this post and go too far down, I want to let you know that you can find happiness. Not the blinding, searing, hit you over the head happiness, but an everyday happiness that you have even when you are perhaps having a bad day. No matter what, you can STILL be happy. Here’s how:
Do not hang around negative-thinking people. It doesn’t matter if these are people within your family, co-workers or even those that live in your home. Negativity begats negativity and that begats all other emotions but happiness. Don’t do it.
Every day, find at least one positive thing about your life and say it aloud. It doesn’t matter what it is, so long as it is important to you and you recognize it as being so. Take a picture of it or say it aloud over and over and over again. Trust me. this works wonders in attracting happiness into your life.
Finally, realize that your words have power. Watch what you say and to whom you say it. Let your words leave lasting thoughts with others. To do that, you’ve got to watch what you say. Make sure your words are affirming, clean and right. Whatever you put out tends to come back. See #2.
Happiness does not have to be elusive for you. You can achieve it with a little work, lots of patience, LOTS of faith and plenty of knowledge.
